As a user of JobTok, you are 100% legally and criminally responsible for any video, audio, text, or content you upload. JobTok acts purely as an intermediary hosting service.
⚠️ PROHIBITED CONTENT NOTICE: Uploading obscene, copyrighted, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or illegal media is strictly prohibited. Obscene uploads will be flagged immediately by our automated VM moderation pipeline, resulting in instant permanent account ban, and the database records along with your verified phone number may be handed over to legal authorities for swift prosecution under applicable cybercrime, IT, and criminal laws.

To foster real-time connection and bypass long application cycles, JobTok integrates a direct Call Now (WhatsApp Contact) feature on every video listing. Tapping the WhatsApp icon launches a direct chat with the uploader using their registered phone number. By uploading a video resume or recruitment post to JobTok, you explicitly consent to allowing other authenticated users of the platform to contact you directly via WhatsApp on your registered phone number.
